"The cemetery index of St. Joseph's Cemetery, Lake Ave., Auburn, NY shows Fredrick KLOCK d. 10/01/1909, from Scipio, in Scipio, 6-28-ONE. This is the family plot of Patrick and Anna (Burns) Walsh, who were his grandparents. HOWEVER, St. Bernard's Register of Deaths 1908-1910 shows:
James Frederick KLO*H (the * indicates a letter that could not be positively identified on the actual microfilm record)

It should be noted that in the early 1900's there was a fire which destroyed a portion of the records. An attempt was made to reconstruct the records but this could be an example of a reconstruction error as it is in typewritten text instead of handwritten."
