NOTE: The south line of original Brutus Lot #3 or the distance between the north & south lines of Lot #3 is defined by a combination of the westerly boundary dimension of lots conveyed by Michael Dunning to both Peter Oliphant and Erastus Lyman. However, the south line of Lot #3 appears to have been presumed or accepted to be located about 250+/- Ft. north in later deeds after about 1832.

Richard Chesebro | This deed conveys 50-Acres that appear to be located on the north side of Fuller Road. (Possibly the south half of the 98 +/-Acres conveyed to Lewis Ramsey in deed 61-174) | SEE PLOT |
NOTE: There may be an unrecorded deed conveying title to the land previously described in deed 61-427. It appears that there may be either be an un-recorded deed from Richard Chesebro to Joshua & Betsy Beebee or the land later conveyed in deed 73-178, was inherited, obtained in leiu of foreclosure or somehow otherwise came to be owned by 'Beebee'
1840, Jun. 15 | 73-198 | Joshua & Betsy Beebe | William Brown | This deed conveys 50-Acres (maybe minus some outsales) that appear to be located on the north side of Fuller Road. (Possibly the south half of the 98 +/-Acres conveyed to Lewis Ramsey in deed 61-174)

1846, Oct. 16 | 73-497 & 498 | William Brown | Isaac Brown Jr. | Deed conveys two lots. The first parcel (with a different description) may be the same 48+/- acres conveyed to William Brown in deed 73-198. The 2nd parcel conveyed in this deed is located in Lot #4. | ? |
1852, Mar. 9 | 83-233 | Elijah & Eliza Earll |
William Brown | Conveys multiple lots with a description that is partially bounded and has multiple out-sale exceptions | ? |
NOTE: The boundary description contained in deeds 73-497 & deed 83-233 cites the same dimension along Fuller Road found in deed 61-427 (N72DegreesW @ 44Chains 50Links) However, the remaining portion of the related description is bounded and doesn't cite the area of acreage conveyed. Thus, it appears that the land conveyed to William Brown from 'Beebee' (deed 61-427) may have been subsequently conveyed to Isaac Brown Jr and then somehow Elijah & Eliza Earll obtained title and conveyed it back to William Brown. Either way, William Brown later conveys title to Ambrose Forman in 1860.
