Located on Lot No. 88, about 1 1/2 miles N from Dresserville village and 1/2 mile N from old school district No. 10, at "Liberty Pole" Corners; 500 feet from W side of road. Page 65 of New Century Atlas of Cay. Co., N.Y., 1904.

Apparently these two the only burials ever made here. Mr. Ozias Perry, died May 10, 1831 ae 73y & 11mo Mrs. Esther, wife of Ozias Perry, died Sept. 26, 1834 ae 70 y & 18 da (handwritten note: nee Marvin. 2nd wife.) "My children dear, assemble here A mother's grave to see Not long ago I dwelt with you And soon you'll dwell with me." [Handwritten notes: Ozias, son of Eliakim Perry 1716- who was marr. 2nd time in Norwich, Conn. He was a Revol. soldier & his 7 sons, also 4 nephews see Perry folder in the Cayuga County Historian's Office - material from Ivan Clark, whose ancestor was Eliakim Perry, bro to above Ozias Perry.] Bureau of Pensions War. Sec. Claim #43832 Pension executed Apr. 27, 1818, at which time Ozias was 60 yrs old and living in Sempronius, Cay. Co., NY. In 1820 he referred to his wife, Esther, aged 56, and sons Ozias, Jr., aged 18 yrs, and Benjamin Franklin, aged 13 yrs. DAR member #426885, Mrs. Irene Perry Showers, w of Robert Showers, 605 Essex Rd., Kenilworth, Ill. 4-24-1954, gr-gr-granddaughter of Ozias, joined on his record. Ozias Perry, b. 6-20-1757 at Norwich, Conn., d. at Dresserville, NY on 5-16-1837; his wife, Esther Marvin, b. 5-15-1764 at Norwich, Conn. d. at Dresserville, N.Y. on 9-26-1834. Married 6-5-1785.
