NOTES:
Re: Albert Barden, son of A.J. and P.A. Barden:
Albert's father Allen Barden (son of Jacob and S. Barden and born
1818 in Seneca County) was a carpenter and mechanic. Allen's wife
Polly's maiden name may have been Halstead. Allen and Polly had two
younger daughters, Helen (b. 1847) and Florence (b. 1849). The Bardens
moved from Weedsport to the nearby city of Auburn, NY by the early
1860s.
