Based on the burial roster and the above linked map, the burial location for your Polly Hayden Williams should be in Section #1 and Tier (Row) #7
Note that Section #1 is located at the front (North Street Side) of the cemetery and TIER #7 is about 46 to 54 feet back (East) from the front fence you're viewing in the above photo.

The Auburn NY Public Works Department has an early ledger book (probably created in the early 1900s) that contains a hand-written inventory of graves at North Street Cemetery.  According to the entries in this book, the HAYDEN/WILLIAMS burials are in section ONE at TIER (ROW) SEVEN.  This early record book can be viewed as a series of PDF files via website:

The apparent southern most burial within the HAYDEN Family Plot is for Joel HAYDEN in Tier (Row) 7 at a point about 166 feet north of the south boundary.  Polly Hayden Williams is in the same row at a point about 180-feet north of the south line of the cemetery.  Harriet HAYDEN'S grave resides along the same row at a point about 198-feet north of the south boundary of the cemetery.
